A video of Nigerian pastor, Temitope Balogun Joshua, predicting a military takeover and the kidnap of a president in the Southern part of Africa has surfaced on social media.
In the video that has been circulating social media, the man of God could be heard predicting a terrible event that would occur in a Southern country in Africa.
The man who is the founder of popular church, Synagogue Church Of All Nations, said he had already predicted the unfortunate event in January.
Prophet TB Joshua predicted the military takeover in Zimbabwe
Joshua who refused to name the country expressed that Africans should pray for Southern Africa. He claimed he doesn’t want turmoil to takeover a country before the crisis happens.
He also noted that if people prayed the country might be able to avoid the crisis.
“The military are interested in embarrassing a President, either they kill him or kidnap him. They are still having that plan to kidnap either a President or Vice-President of that nation or the First Lady of that nation. The plan is going on and if the prayer is not offered the plan would succeed.”
“God showed me the country but I don’t want to put any country into pandemonium.”
On Tuesday, November 14, a privately-owned newspaper in Zimbabwe known as NewsDay printed the prophecy on their Monday, November 13 front page edition.
After the news broke of Mugabe’s arrest and the military takeover many people have connected the event to the man of God’s prediction.
TB Joshua’s official channel ‘Emmanuel TV’ has not released an statement reacting to the claims that his prediction is related to the coup in Zimbabwe.
